Here is the (nearly) maxed out gem quality stacker now possible with the changes to Dialla's Malification in Kalandra League.

My build cost around 150 divines. A cheaper version, giving up 16% quality, can be made for 60 divines less by omitting a corrupted chest and max corrupted awakened enhance. I would say, however, that the build requires at least 50 divines to get going because you have to purchase many alt quality gems and an ashes of the stars.

This build has estimated 40-60 mil dps, and very good defenses. However, weakness to ground degens makes some ubers too hard, and large single hits not sourced from the boss (such as shaper ball phase and exarch ball phase) also kill in 1 hit. This can be fixed if someone finds a way to stack more max res (such as removing tempest shield for another purity aura and swapping to glancing blows).I would be really happy if people could expand on the parts of the build to push it even further.

As a note, this build feels good mapping, but is not a 1 button build. And to play optimally, you have like 5 buffs to keep up and manage. It's good, and will pay off if you want to play a like a WOW pro player, but it is super difficult to keep track of all the skills.

The damage of reap comes from stacking as many more multipliers as possible -- righteous fire, pain attunement, divergent berserk, enemies have 100% increased damage taken on conc ground, 70% more cast speed, etc. I only have around 75% of damage converted to cold on reap, but pob says adding delve rings to complete the conversion have very little effect on dps compared to cast speed or crit multi.

Finally, I chose reap because of it's general damage scaling and also because it costs life instead of mana. When I put Winter Orb in the build and swap to a proj helmet, it still has good damage and the damage uptime is way better. BUT it requires investment in duration as well as mana. So I think there are plenty of other skill options, but you would need to figure out how to solve for mana.
