Automate warcry with 2 min endu + Eternal Apple + Enduring Composure + FR in a trigger weapon. This allows full buff scaling from warcries.

General's Cry + Autoexert for more consistency.

Vinespike Cordial + Eater boots enable all dmg can poison, so we use hatred, HoAsh, and Infernal cry to stack almost 100% phys as extra elemental.

Explodes from Infernal cry + Asenath gloves create chaining poison pops.
