3.24 Spectres: 2 Carnage Chieftains act 2 old fields for frenzy charges, and Dark Reaper for nearby enemies have 50% reduced life regeneration rate, and perfect warlord for endurance charges. Replaced warlord for perfect forest warrior for nearby allies have onslaught and culling strike

-Pantheons: Used brine king early for stun immunity Ralakesh minor pantheon for no extra bleed dmg from moving. (now arakali and tukohama)
