POB : https://pastebin.com/xDb6Qk2nThis Build is a successful experiment of converting Herald of Thunder to chaos damage and scaling the damage with poison. This has been a ton of fun to put together and the damage is pretty great! Its not tanky like the Jugg Herald of Thunder, but it is a ton of fun and has the very satisfying Profane Bloom Pops :D

CLARIFICATION: the 16-20 million DPS is after Ramp of hitting one target, which takes around 8 seconds
