The Vaal Flameblast Architect of Chaos league starter build has been exceeding my expectations in almost every way. This off meta Phrecia build for the Path of Exile Phrecia Event has been incredibly fun, different and amazingly cheap because of how off-meta it is. I can't wait to push it further!
