Terrible video quality, I'm sorry! [At some point I'll figure out OBS settings, but also this build hates video compression].

This was my league starter, and I am over the moon with how it turned out. While not the highest DPS build in the world, for the budget (I wasn't keeping track of my spending, but definitely under 10div. Bow is essence crafted which is very RNG reliant) and for me home-brewing it myself, it performed well above my expectations.

Surprisingly tanky for a bow build (50% phys taken as lightning, 3 permanent endurance charges, suppression capped, barkskin, good evasion, and enough life on hit that with all of the triggers it basically means as long as you don't get one shot, then in most situations you'll be fine), and enough DPS to comfortably clear T16s.

If I've got the PoB configs right, then my best guess is this build averages somewhere in the 1.5 to 2mil DPS range, though that entirely depends on how well behaved Storm Rain beams are and shock stacks. In a perfect situation this build could probably go well above 5mil DPS, but in the real world it most often ranges from 1-3mil at a guess.

I'm sure someone much smarter than me has made a much better version of this build, but for me I call this one a win!
