There is always a lot of things to figure out for new builds like this one. It's a complicated one and several iterations has to be tested to even test if it's viable. I don't suggest it currently but I will be league starting as this!

The High end pob is more a proof of concept, it has way to slow attack speed. The cheaper starter version should have around 0.5 to 0.75 second attack speed. This will feel better but might still be to slow for most.
