Hihi, The new Svalinn shield is completely OP, I have changed my build from the typical one with suppres/high mana to this version with critical strike dmg and block. Take a look at the damage and tanking it has, it can do any content.

you can build a similar version, without implicits or a wand like mine for about 40-50 divs, I changed all the gear on august 10/08.
