Some things I didn't talk about were that you have 7 free gem slots to do whatever you want with and that Spectral Throw can be swapped for other skills, but skills like Cobra Lash need Cluster jewels which this build doesn't need at all. A Witcher's Eye is always great, but hardly needed in this build.
