Total damage calculations:

(Glacial Hammer DPS * Frozen Legion Downtime + Frozen Legion DPS) / (Frozen Legion Downtime + Frozen Legion Cast Time)

(3m * 4.8s + 14.5m) / (4.8s + 0.175s) = 5.8m DPS of total damage

(note: at time of writing I'm assuming the frozen legion damage gain from battlemage should roughly be equal to the 1.6 attack speed currently in pob for Sweep)
