Badge of the Brotherhood has a unique mod that "Your Maximum Frenzy Charges is equal to your Maximum Power Charges". So we can have 10 power and frenzy charges. Also combining The Restless Ward with Unleash Potential to gain extra benefits from charges. That's why I decided to play as ascendant, otherwise you can go for assassin, occultist or trickster.
