I am very happy to share with you my build showcase (and guide-lite) for my Hollow Palm Raider that I've been playing the past week. This build is an absolute BLAST to play and it has a very low entry floor of a budget to get into. I had a ton of fun making this video and I hope you enjoy it.

Because of the defense rework of 3.16 and the new Precise Technique keystone the humble Hollow Palm Raider is stronger than ever. Because so much of the gear (and crafting materials for the gear) is so cheap I was able to get this build off of the ground for roughly 3 exalts. I have currently invested about 20ex into it and am very comfortably doing 160%+ quant Double Beyond + 20-40% Delirious maps.
