Being Cold Based with Spectral Throw Deadeye from stacking up Dexterity on a 13 Divine budget in path of exile 3.25, this build performs really well and easily clears content but only if you are aware of boss mechanics otherwise with mapping you freeze pretty much everything and its waaay more comfortable that the early budget. PoE 3.25 is a great time to start this build off and get to mapping/bossing as an alternative fun playstyle away from the meta skills in the game.
