Honestly i give up on this one, i really wanna Leaguestart Vaal Smite, but i feel like i cant really scale the Damage properly.

The PoB already has a bit of padding (Panopticon Annoint, active Flasks and a bit better than leaguestart gear)

I'll test another PoB with Crown of Eyes Inquisitor, to see if that works, but Smite doesnt feel leaguestart viable :/
