An underrated non meta build in POE 3.24. Perfect to league start for casual players and the experienced. A shock stacking build which can clear tier 16 maps and boss with a decent set of defences for end game. New player friendly if the guide is followed from word to word (just understand the mechanics from the guide, that's it).
