Discharge is my favourite skill and have been wanting to try stacking Frenzy charges for a cold damage discharge for a while now. I've had my go at an Endurance charge stacking variant in Affliction League and had good success.

We get 100% Frenzy Charges gained as Max with our rings and gloves. Using self-bleed with Red Trail/Golden Rule to generate charges. Then using the new trigger weapon enchant for a 8 link discharge of misery. This is my throw divines at it until works project of the league.
