Basically scale Damage with the cookie cutter uniques like rathpith, vulconus, anathema, marylenes and the magnate belt. Slap on some Regen rolls on gear+vitality to sustain RF. Opt for heralds to scale damage further, opt into determination+some max res scaling to get a bit of spell damage mitigation. Die Instantly to chaos (at this gear level, its not unsolvable). Without conc effect you're at 20 radius which should be fine for clearing, can use awakened aoe as a swap later.

Build has many conditions attached to the damage e.g. brittled ground, handcasting wave of conviction etc. that the real DPS is inevitably lower but I thought maybe this concept might be interesting to some.

The PoB is easily improvable by going for armour and ES hybrid bases and doing pious path, I just was using only armour bases because my monkey brain thought the +max allres armour mastery would require the bases to have ONLY armour but it ofc works if its a hybrid base. OFC adding awakened gems, better rolls on gear, alt qualities, etc. might very well push this beyond the 25mil mark.
