Edit: Wrong video got uploaded. Sorry about that :) It seems hard to not die, especially in the mid to end game of Path of Exile. But, if you use these few items you will die significantly less, I guarantee it. The only item that is expensive is the Defiance of Destiny. That is the icing on the deathless cake. So, if you can't afford it, just use the Bloodnotch and the Immutable Force jewels to see a significant drop in your deaths.
