Based off of Goratha's Glacial Hammer Slayer but with a few changes, budget is about ~10divs at the time of putting this together.
Wanted to use new gloves for 100% rage uptime.
Using new shield for 80% block chances, and combined with Olroth's Charge and low overall ward gives us big adrenaline uptime.
