Build is centered around CWDT with Eye of Innocence, based on a build concept from 2016. This is my most recent and most effective iteration to date. It features reworked Saboteur with Triggerbots and a ton of spells.

The build can clear endgame content such as 5-Way Timeless Domain, Uber Elder and most of the endgame invitations. Refer to in-game footage in the videos.

The budget varies greatly, so I cannot give an exact number, but a few Divines of investment go a long way. I've personally invested far more than necessary, though mostly on "goodie" items such as jewels with specific corruptions... and trying (and failing) to chance a staff with Crucible mods.

Required items:

• Martyr of Innocence

• Eye of Innocence

• Ngamahu's Sign (corrupted with either Zealotry or Anger implicit, but Zealotry is best)

• Replica Reckless Defence

• Redeemer influenced body armour with Frenzy Charges on hit (best with Shaper spell crit chance); I paid 2 Divines for mine and then used 1 to reroll it to what it is now

• Militant Faith (Dominus)

Semi-required items:

• Forbidden Flame + Flesh (Deadly Infusion)

• Unset Ring with -X to total Mana Cost

• Watcher's Eye (Zealotry or Anger); crit chance (Zealotry) is the best bang for your buck in this case

Substitute items:

• Praxis

• Voll's Protector

• Pure Talent

• Tabula Rasa

Build has no Physical Damage Reduction and no particular defenses, so I run Wellspring of Creation (Atlas passive keystone). Everything else should be covered in the videos themselves.
