Hey guys so I saw palsterons video and really wanted to try the build but it was super expensive and I had zero currency, so I was like, lets see if we can make this with a 10 div budget. At this budget omni is ofcourse out, so we try to get away with just having lots of dps with no penetration and see if it still works and it does, kinda. (the elemental mastery which inverts resists really carries hard)

You cant really do ubers with this build but everything else is a breeze. Bossing is still a little hit or miss but map clear is amazing and its a super fun build to play.
