Use any spell skill you want such as Firestorm, Arc, Ball Lightning, Purifying flame, or Blazing Salvo. You use cyclone in the build to trigger spells and frost blink to move around. This Path of Exile Budget buildguide showcase uses a 5 link. This build uses a high dps weapon generated from the energy blade skill gem in combination with Battlemage from the Templar Inquisitor ascendancy to get massive flat damage bonus to spells! We use a combination of a strength stacker and an intelligence stacker to scale Energy shield. I guess you would call it an attribute stacker!
