Hi exiles, I wanted to try make a VD that is not CODT and after some thought this was the best I came with. The budget I think it is probably arround 20 ex and mainly because of some not mandatory items like the watcher's eye. Any suggestions for improvement? I am mainly concerned about the damage being only 1M
