So lately i seen a lot of posts asking about LA to play this league and what can you do with a limited budget.

I decided to make a pob, with current prices as off today, and i think the results are quite good in general. Here is pob.

Character is set to lvl 92, 10d budget, you can see all the item prices in the notes of the pob .

Basically it has around 5m dps without berserk on, 200% movement speed and some defenses * not great .

For the budget, i think it will be great, you can farm t16s easily until you get more currency to invest mostly on your survavility like running determination or better rares all around.
