Hi, here's the Blade vortex i made this event.

Scavenger makes BV shine this league, allowing us to have physical mitigation, which is often hard to get with BV.

This character is made to be a pure mapper but at this budget you can do any boss.

Budget : 3 to 4 mirrors

The build uses HH but is really good even without buff :

- Max block svalinn

- petrified blood / progenesis combo for mitigation

- 5 endurance charges with ralakesh

- Ailment immune with militant faith + rational doctrine combo

- 150% IIR, because best strats drop loads of uniques

- 200% ms while mapping (without buffs), you can be perma phase rush if u need to zoom.

- Able to do most of t17 mods.

- double explode + Herald of Ash / Ice for juicy off screen explosions

- 68M dps without buffs

The only downside of the build is degen : since we run rightnous fire and haven't a lot of extra regen, it can get rough when standing in a lot of degen ground.

To fix this i'll mirror a chest with regen on it but i haven't found a cheap solution.

Watcher's eye triple mod with regen vitality could work but none online for a week.
