Build uses soulthirst self curse temporal chains with juggernaut. There are plenty of soulthirst self curse out there rn, but they all use trickster, and they all use solstice vigil.
This jugg setup probably sacrifices 50% of the damage that a trickster setup can have (neglible as those setups have like 30-40 mil dps, whereas this one has 20 mil), but the QOL is through the roof.
The tankiness of jugg is probably 10-15x more compared to those builds, doesn't need to use solstice vigil (if we use solstice vigil this means we are required to kill a rare every 30-40 seconds, but this build instead uses a 30% quality ashes of the stars, giving us 15% curse effect on temp chains, and enables +4 projectiles on divergent spark (30% quality gives 3 proj, and the +1 to spark is needed for a level 25 spark which gives another +1). Not to mention that 30% quality also gives 22% increased lightning damage from herald of thunder, 30% increased spell damage from righteous fire and a longer molten shell. Plus all that extra invested curse effect on temporal chains also slows mobs down to a halt. Other pros and cons of the build are in the notes of the pob if you wanna look
