League Starter and SSF build for Path of Exile 3.17 Siege of the Atlas! The build only uses rare items, so the build will work in solo self-found. And it also has good survivability, so it’s hardcore viable too. The build uses a small army of different minions for dealing damage, providing buffs and debuffs, as well as protecting your necromancer.

This build is based on my character from Ziz Gauntlet, so it should be good for HC SSF. Level 90, red maps also should be OK, but guardian bosses will be a bit slow (low DPS).
