Another league another Splitting Steel build. I've done everything with this build. It's pretty damn good. Approximate budget for my current gear is ~200-250d. Pretty sure you can make a Mageblood version that loses some damage for 100% suppress and maybe go melding idk. Maybe I'll add a PoB for it later. Normally I wouldn't wear a HH in showcases but because they're so cheap this league I don't feel so bad.

General build mechanics:

- Stack Life/ES gear with Apostate. Use Rathpith & Crown of eyes for insane %damage based off life. Use Paradoxica & Bloodnotch for a ton of flat. Abuse Splitting Steel & Nimis. Get a ton of life from adorned jewels. Just make sure you can get enough % life reservation to get 56% unreserved for overleech.
