Single Target is not great, but more then enough for Endgame Mapping. Clear is insane with Astral Projector + CoC Shock Nova / Lightning Conduit.

Survivability is fine with max Spell / Attack Block and MoM and Life on Hit (via Watchers Eye or Ring).

For Single Target there is most likely a better CoC Setup I didn't think of yet, which you can switch to for Endgame Bossing. (Currently 1,8 mill according to pob for endgame bosses)

My gear starts to be pretty expensive, but I started the char 2 days ago with way less gear. If I perfect the build and there is interest, I will create a low budget version for fast mapping.

Switch CoC Added Lightning to alt qualitity innervate

Crusader Slam Ring for flat lightning dmg vs shocked or loh
