So even after expected nerf in 3.24 necropolis Cleave of rage is going to be crazy strong as both league starter build and a possible endgame one.

I'm going to league start with it myself so you can always follow progress on my twitch.

Crazy amount of AOE makes Cleave of Rage basically a ranged skill that can hit the whole screen without any issue - it is fun, fast and satisfying.
