I played a 4x 3-point voices scion herald stacker build in 3.10. Today I got finished updating her POB for 3.11 changes. I believe this is the best you can do in 3.11 should you be insane enough to min-max aura stacking with % mana reservation jewels in every slot with 3x 3-point voices.

This POB has all the gear she acquired in 3.10. Only thing I theorycrafted was the new jewels.

#Offensive stats (all shaper-dps):

Bossing: 21m barrage power siphon shaper-dps (15m without vaal haste)

Clear: 6.6m power siphon shaper-dps with awakened chain (4.8m without vaal haste)

#Defensive stats:

80% phys reduction, 90% resistances, 56% evade, 75% attack/spell dodge with vaal grace (0% without), 50% block chance with glancing blows and energy shield on block shield. 6k energy shield with the gear I was able to get in 3.10. 718 net energy shield regen.

All buffs up:

Max hit physical taken: 30,760

Max hit elemental taken: 61,520

EHP - phys: 236,199

EHP - elemental: 472,398

Max hit physical taken: 19,225

Summary

I'm glad post-nerf it's still a feasible build. Unfortunately for the severe investment involved - 3x 3-point voices + mana reservation corruptions on almost every jewel, I don't think it's worth the currency investment vs other build options like an int stacker wander assassin you can build for 60~ exalts. However, it would make one incredible aura bot that still can contribute some DPS or not have a gimped character for solo play.

It'd be really hard to pull off with all the mana resesrvation corrupted jewels I used too, especially the medium ones. Since no one is playing heralds/aura stacking there is no market for them. You'd have to corrupt 60 jewels on average for one mana reservation jewel.

For budget options you can likely pull 12-15m barrage dps but you won't have glancing blows, assuming you had the same mana reservation stats and number of auras. Your DPS drops severely with more and more auras you get rid of.
