Taking Tri-Herald BV Elementalist Explosions In "SSF" | Path of Exile 3.24 Necropolis

It's time to plan out the next character of the group-found private league, Tri-Herald Blade Vortex Elementalist. I needed a true and proper map blaster to complement my all-arounder turned bosser and what better than a classic featuring loads of ways to pop the screen and get that buttery smooth mapping style that we all know and love. But of course, I have to actually put together the PoB (and the gear) to make this happen, and I wanted to share the process with you guys as inspiration for your future build-making.
