I had enough people asking, so here is an updated build and vid with Mageblood, RF, and a cluster. Still very comfy. This is a bit higher investment than the last post, but doesn't rely on Sin's Rebirth for dps. Can turn on RF for even more damage. Still have a lot of recovery while it is burning.

I went with a lot more tankiness and recovery than others might. I have enough recovery to run 60% reduced recovery Ultimatums with RF. There are enough people playing on poe.ninja that you can look there for different versions. Some have a lot more DPS. There is still room to improve the gear, but this is the tree and main setup that I will be using going forward. Feel free to comment or msg me in game @ MossBog if you have questions.
