Was thinking GFoI has way higher flat dmg than arc, should be good.

AOE too small, socket starving, mechanism too cluncky (basically ban explosions and shaper of storm)

Weaker than fire burst herald of thunder.

How this build works:

Shock via corpse pact+desecrate to proc herald of thunder.

HoI self damage to self shock (no spectre weapon swap since I don't like it)

self shock to proc galvanic field

vinktar to sustain HoI (why corpse shock when I have vinktar? Since I can't sustain vinktar and I don't want to give up mb)
