When I saw the frontpage of the Kinetic Bolt of Fragmentation and Sniper's Mark interaction I had an idea to turn this into a Wander(mana leech) with the Indigon/MOM/Agnostic. Using Manastorm to drain all our mana then Indigon would give some huge spell damage buff that apply to the new fragmentation gem. We survive the huge mana cost by perma leeching and Lavianga Spirit to spam our attacks.

Very squishy since we rely on our mana for both offensive and defensive side. On that note there's 0 defense on the build since I wanted to make it into a mapper blaster and maybe be able to 1 tap some bosses but haven't gotten to that point yet. New fragmentation gem is not on POB yet but attack damage/effectiveness is about 1/2 so I cut the hit in half. Not even sure if I'm calculating the damage correctly.
