It is possible to do wave 30 sims, progenesis and/or petrified blood helps with more consistent wave 30s.

T17s sometimes require using allflames on certain mobs. Any mods with ground degen or dot need to be rolled over. Other mods that need to be rolled over are 100% crit damage reduction, reduced aoe, reduced cdr.
