Hello again everyone! This time I'm bringing you my Tornado of Elemental Turbulence Aristocrat. What started as a meme idea turned into a pretty solid build. The goal was to get a level 40 Tornado and while it technically should, Awakened Added Fire Damage is not giving a second level at 10+ even though the tooltip for it says it should. You can probably shift the build around to get more power out of it, as I sacrificed a bit to get the level of it has high as possible. In the end, I was really excited how well it ended up working!
