Basically just trying to make some amendments to a MehmetBozlak video because I can't find any new guides being updated for this league. Basic resist gear and a Hegemony staff for beginning cyclone. Basically only uses one 2-3% mana reservation efficiency jewel to make all the aura's work. Was opting for Purity of Elements for smooth transition into maps and once I get good gear was gonna swap to determination.

If it's awful or something very wrong with it let me know this is just meant to be a cheap easy version to start map progression.
