Probably my most stupid starter, please convince me not to league start with it !

Made with low budget in mind, I know 2M DPS is not that good, but I wanted to experiment with Flicker Strike of Power and the new Unholy Might. I don't know if the occultist pop is usefull or not with something like flicker, would love some extra ideas and feedback.

There is a possibility to find Unholy Might on cluster jewels, which would allow for a better amulet or a Badge of the Brotherhood to stack more frenzy charges for speed, and go for Darkray Vector, but it's not really "starter" anymore.
