hey guys, been thinking about trying storm burst for quite a while now and in 3.17 it got buffed so i've decided to try planning a pob which led me starting the league with it

its made for sc trade but decently tanky with capped spell suppression, good ol' inq and grace/determantion/defiance banner combo

the pob has league start gear (minus inpulsa probs) and second set with higher budget to simulate the damage

as this is a channeling skill the main downside of the build is clear speed, which is why i wanted to either get inpulsa early or asenath gentle touch gloves later on

anyhow i included some basic info in the notes so here's the pob would love any feedback or questions
