These spectres are basically lightning version of Primal Crushclaws but without all the fancy stuff that crushclaw gets. They do basic attack with 75% phys to lightning conversion and 181% more multiplier at Lv.78

They also have Snipe spell listed at PoEDb but i don't see them using it.

In conclusion they are not bad, they fill a narrow niche, being melee lightning minions that don't suck.

I added them manually in PoB, don't know if the numbers can be trusted.
