Are people sleeping on dark pact as a league starter for 3.17, or is it just too weak.

I know, there are the EAs and Nightblade/elusive builds, but dark pact seems to be super strong with no investment whatsoever. No uniques required.

Random PoB Occ with no gear, lvl 85 and a 5l Dark pact gives me around 1m single target

It scales with minion life, crit, chaos dmg, 5 chains. This has to be at least solid.
