Hey Everyone,

Is it too early for League starters? Lol. After getting this build to 95 I think it will be a great league starter for anyone who doesnt mind playing Traps. You still get the satisfaction of Vaal Arc if you use it and tons of nice MTX available to Arc along with chill clear speed.

BTW - if Svalinn makes it into the game next League and keeps the Lucky Block it will be one of the best Unique shields in the game unless its heavily nerfed to compensate.
