because i didn't get how it's +-6 billion damage.

My thoughts on calculating the value of dps:

Spark proj hit from one cast has cd 0.66 sec.

we have 9.4 casts per second. Let's take 9.

i am very dumb in math so actual damage will be more.

9/0.66 = 13.63. let's take 13

161,745,984*13=2.1 billion dps.

So how it is x4 damage? Does calculator wrong? Or i'm just dumb
