You need 4.7m AoE on Cold Snap of Power to overlap 5 times using spell cascade. It would a bit easy to do on an Occultist and even easier on a frenzy charge stacker Slayer with Replica Restless Ward , the last would be tankier too.

Since this build uses Malachai's and Willclash to get more damage, it will run out of power charges to spam Cold Snap of Power, to solve this I utilize storm brand with power charge on critical strike to generate power charges. Another solution to maintain 13 power charges without utilizing storm brand tech would be a helmet with +2 and a +1 shield, but it would be extremely expensive to craft good pieces of those.
