If no changes in patch notes this is my league starter for next league. It will be far down the pecking order if you are judging league starters on boss DPS and there will be way better starters if all you care about is progress

I love strike skills though so wanted to find a way to make in not feel awful on a budget and think I worked out a pretty good way to do this.

As always play builds you want to play and do not be swayed by me or other creators if you do not feel it is the build for you
