Hierophant Arc Archmage build, mana and power charge stacker, 135M DPS. For mapping I use Frostblink of Wintry Blast that triggers 4 lighting spells (Kitava Thirst helmet), that dmg is enough even for T17 maps. Then if I need more single target dmg on rare mobs or bosses I use Arc (which also triggers spells in helmet for extra dps).

It has not bad defenses:

• 3k life, 2.5 ES, 5.8kk mana, Mind Over Matter

• 34% true phys dmg reduction (5 endurance charges, 5% phys reduction in body implicit and 9% from Tukohama pantheon)

• 15% phys taken as cold (flask)

• 132% ele dmg taken recouped as ES (belt)

• 80/80/75 elemental resistances (with flasks)

• immune to freeze, ignite, corrupted blood. 58% reduced effect of shock, 50% reduced effect of chill

• high life and ES leech (10% instant)

The biggest problem of this build is low movement speed (thanks GGG for removing 30% movement from Ralakesh's Impatience), so when flasks are out of charges and there are no mobs to get onslaught from them - it's very slow, need to use Frostblink even for picking up loot. Mageblood can solve this problem, but then you will lose 132% ele dmg taken recouped as ES.
