I usually test-play a build on standard before optimizing it on league and Power charge stacking Tornado of Elemental Turbulence is probably one of the strongest builds I have ever test-played with.

The gameplay and the build are not in any way optimized (used existing items and didn't bother crafting any new ones) as I plan to dig deeper into this in the league. The affliction crimson jewel is there but def not compulsory for the build and the reduced mana cost flask craft can also be swapped with rare jewels, and ud still be able to cap resistances even on the 20% resist flask craft.

I wouldn't probably league start with this but the end game version will be very similar to this.
