First of all, let me say right off the bat - I will be leveling as RF inquis, probably pohx's or baalar's version. When I acquire enough currency for some key items, I will swap and play my build.

Build goals

This league, I want to be able to:

• farm Sanctums

• farm the league mechanic

• boss rush

• still be able to comfortably do other content if I want to

That means:

• I want to deal cold damage for freeze and chill

• be tanky

• be fast

• not be locked in a super clunky or gimmicky playstyle

What follow are the answers I found.

For offense:

• A phys skill with good coverage - EK

• Full conversion to cold (to enable freeze and chill)

• Heatshiver to basically double our damage

• steal inquis Inevitable Jugement for pen

• Arcane Surge scaling

• scale with crit and crit multi

For defense:

• high armour

• strong Molten shell

• high ES

• strong Frost Shield

• max block & spell block with Glancing Blows

• Aegis Aurora

• 75% all res (and 80% cold res)

• freeze and chill everything before they hit you

For movement:

• some movement speed, not much tbh

• very fast lightning warp

Other important points:

• ivory tower to enable low life

• meaning we use the traitor to sustain corruscating elixir

• we might be able to sustain with precision flask watcher's eye mod. Will need testing.

• a bunch of auras and aura effect

The pob:

There are 3 different tiers for trees, gear and skill - Cheap, mid and expensive.

The trees and gear all have a version with precision flask watcher's eye mod.

The skills all have a version without defiance banner and lightning warp on a 4 link for maximum speed.
