Mahuxotl's machination only exists in standard (for now), but all the other items are possible if extremely expensive to acquire in league.

Tempered By War + Mahuxotl's Machination gives us 100% of cold and lightning damage converted to fire and chaos, and 50% of fire converted to chaos. Then I take CI, making us immune to chaos. The rest of the items are dedicated to converted physical to fire and chaos. The hope is that we can then get enough ward to reduce the remaining damage to 0.

It completely ignores physical DoTs and how to sustain flask charges.

If anyone can think of any avenues to further mitigate damage, I'd love to add it to the pile.
